All of Canadian Heritage flooring grades are unfinished tongue and grooved, ready for installation. We recommend that our floors be glued and nailed down to eliminate any movement. Our Flooring comes in standard widths of 6.25, 8.25, 10.25 inches, and are 11/16 inches thick.

 We do have the capability of customizing orders if required. It is important to allow for a 8-10% waste factor when calculating the amount of material required.

 All of our flooring has been kiln dried and the moisture content has been monitored carefully. As we kiln dry on site we are able to customize the moisture content to the ideal level for your geographical location. We also recommend that the flooring be acclimatized for one to two weeks on location before installation.

Canadian Heritage will not be responsible for gaps or other problems that occur when flooring has not been properly installed or acclimatized
